203-205 Doubler Problem
Ok, i finally got my doubler kit from Off Road Design. After removing the range box from the 203, I decieded to disassemble it to clean the case. Everything went good until i removed the hi/low gear shaft and 72 needle bearings fell on the floor. What is the easiest way to reinstall these? I am thinking grease to help hold them in place, but i think it is going to be a pita, because i have to press the shaft into the case without the needles falling out. Any suggestions?

Simply grease the inside of the idler gear and then neatly lay all 72 needle bearings, place shims and spacer back in place and then reinstall everything in the reverse order in which you pulled it apart.
Not all that difficult.
