Talking Shes Done!!!!

sorry I haven't been on in what seems like forever guys....but my baby is finally ready to roll, thought I would give you guys a quick run down and pics(still sitting in the garage though). She is nothing show-stopping or great, but its not a bad start, I did the body work on it, my former boss did the painting.

Chasis:
Heidts Mustang II IFS
-widened lower control arms
-11" rotors
-Fatman springs(i dont remember the ratings..traded my 4cyl springs to a guy for them)
-rack and pinion

Stock rear end
-removed 5 leaves(still have 3)
-air shocks(for now till I get my Shockwaves)
-I believe 4.11-4.13(something close to that, not sure exactly) gears

2005 Mustang GT 17x8 'Bullitt' Wheels with Pirelli PZeros

351W V8/AOD
-est 250hp(for now)
-minor porting
-pre-70 SBF waterpump(pass. side outlet)
-Mallory HEI with Accel Super coil
-E3 plugs
-2 1/2 true duals H-piped and Flowmaster 40s
-shift kit installed by Stoddard

Body:
-filled seams
-custom re-profiled driprail
-custom mixed 'FiftyFourd Copper'
-custom tinted spray-in bedliner
-in the bed, inside of the cab and engine bay, and on the running boards, and custom tailgate treatment.
-5% VLT window tint
-flat black accents
-56 tail-lights with ford script and blue dots
-tri-bar headlights

thats all I can think of this late at night, I may be forgetting some stuff...
started from this...

coming home...

Love that color!

Not to hijack, but I was thinking along the same line with the color...but all in the suede look, with a two tone Hot rod black and Copper Pearl from Hot Rod Flatz. This was kind of what I was thinking for mine (someday):

Kind of a crude rendering but it worked to get my ideas in color...

Your result is awesome! Congrats for the hard work paying off!

What is the color on yours? Kind of looks like a tangerine/copper?

I'd like to see some more pics but from what I can see, it's tasteful and clean. Veeeerrrry Nice !!!

A Lady once told me that anybody can make a cheap dress with a lot of frills and lace to hide the poor work but......a classy, simple black dress is hard to make because you can't hide the mistakes.........

That's a bitchin Truck.

very very nice!

Love that black grill..

| If you have to take it back to the painter for any touch up, get them to paint the bottom inside of the front fenders below the cab.
| I had them do mine after seeing this on a number of trucks in the magazines.

I like your colour choice. It's a very neat looking 54 there. Are you going with a black or chrome front bumper. Cheers Aussie 53 (Paul)

Congrats !

Nice looking ride ! Must be a nice feeling to be that far along. I keep going, under the illusion that I will be to that stage someday.
