Light out on digital Odometer Read out
Hey guys,
My digital Odometer readout that also displays my compass and outside temp will not light up when I turn on the lights. It still displays all the read outs just at night I can't see it at all. IS there a bulb to those or will I have to replace the whole unit. If it is a bulb how hard is it to replace?
The truck is an 04 F150 FX4.

I'm not sure if your cluster uses the same parts or not, but I know a friend changed the bulb in his '05 STX cluster. It wasn't real fun to get out, tear out the whole cluster I think, but the worst part was getting the new bulb from the dealer. Even when he took the bad bulb in, they had to try at least twice to get the correct bulb ordered in. The parts system is evidently a real b!tch when it comes to identifying those little bulbs.
