FINALLY! A V10 owner!
Hello! I finally closed a deal on an '01 V10 F-250 
Cant help but smile every time I see it. Certainly an upgrade I think from my faithful old '81 4x4 F250 but Im taking my time getting to know the ins & outs of my new truck. I'd post up a pic of her but pretty much all the pic hosting sites I know of are blocked here at work. If any body wouldnt mind hosting it for me though...I wouldnt mind sending a pic of her. 
First things first though...
I have one of those chrome gas caps that once had the locking mechanism in it. But I guess they stripped the cylinder out of it? Does any one have a recommendation for a quality replacement? I've seen some Bully kind ebay for about $45 with shipping but anybody have other recommendations to start off with?

It's weird I have to keep going out back of my work to just to see it every hour or so. I can't help but to totally love it. I've been perusing a lot of the old threads in this forum for upgrade ideas, and I think I would like to start with exhaust but they're so many options. I gotta listen to a few sound clips tonight too. The truck already has an aftermarket muffler on it, and the sound isnt bad....I just want something a little less tame, so to speak.

Thanks ya'll! Im so pumped about....Every few minutes Im drafting up reasons in my head as to why I need to go drive it...and shortly thereafter realize most of those reasons are worth wasting the gas! lol. Congrats to you Fordsflylow too! i so wish I could post a pic of this monster but I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning. I have tons of questions too. Mostly newb stuff though.

I have been adding stuff up all day, and honestly Im glad I bought a truck with the lift and power running boards already because some of that stuff is down right expensive! And I've barely scratched the surface. The muffler I have is some aftermarket deal. It says Aero Turbine on it. I dont know if that's some kind of knock off generic or if that's a for real brand?
