Squeeky Window!

Not sure how to fix this with out ripping the door apart. But My driver side window squeeks when rolling it up! It's a power window. Very annoying. Almost sounds like it's the glass rubbing on rubber or a seal or something. Any ideas?

try a little diluted murphys oil soap on the rubber guides

I have never heard of murphys oil soap... is there something else i could use or where do you get it?

its usually in with the cleaning products at the grocery store...or hardware store

Have you used this before? Wood treatment for rubber! haha I'll go try to find some tomorrow, thanks for the idea!

Mine did the same thing for about 4 weeks then the window went down and did not go back up. The regulator went. it is being replaced as I type this.

all 4 of my windows squeak like crazy... one day I think i'm gonna put some shoe polish on both inside and outside, and run the windows up and down a few times to see exactly what's rubbing where... and then bust out the angle grinder.
