Anyone thought about or attempted to put the power window in place of the back window? I pulled the windows from my Scab today, and was thinking that would be a really cool addition.
Great idea, but unfortunately it would require grafting the entire bronco tailgate into the back of the cab. Since the tailgate and top on the bronco are two pieces, once being sheet metal and the other being fiberglass, it would be extremely difficult.
Why is that? all you would need is the lift mech, and it could be mounted to brackets then skinned over. If you could get the lift part working, fitting the glass would be quick.
I tried searching the net and got nothing, so next time I'm at the junkyards I'm gonna pull all the parts and see if it looks doable.
