Looking to be a nice day so far, gonna be a little cool riding to work. Guess its just getting used to snowmobiling weather!

I just put a battery in my Moms 2008 Toy Avalon so we can sell it, car is 4 yrs old & has 13,000 miles on it & she (88) lost her DL for medical reasons, it's sad that she can't drive anymore but it's for her own safety AND the safety of others......

I`m sorry to hear that Gerry, that sucks. Hopefully she lives where she can get by without waiting for rides.

We had to stop my grandpa from driving when he was 91, and boy that wasnt easy! Its hard to tell someone that cant do everything they want to do, to quit doing one of the last things they can do that gives them a little independance and freedom.

C'est la vie I guess.

There should be a cut off age for older drivers, ......we cant get a permit till we're 16 so they should put a limit at the top end too, like 85.........that way they (we) all know it's coming.......

I agree with ya Gerry, its probably a good idea.

I would hate it and fight that to beat hell when I was 85 though haha.
