I`m getting inquiries on my rental house but I usually don`t get this many tire kickers.......

Right now, watchin Q at Daytona, 5 Fords in the top 6..... did you watch the shootout last night, she was a barn burner, only about 12 cars running at the end

Is the rental empty now

With farmer vision I don`t get to watch Nascar..... Great news on the 5 Fords!
This rental has been empty since Dec 1 and since we`re almost finished remodelling it I listed it. Must be a full moon or something.....

I guess you can check Nascar on the internet

Make sure you get refferances, I'm sure i dont have to say that but I got burned so many times with my rental I sold it

I`ll check it out on the internet after I get back from the rental in an hour or so.
I hear you, after 38 years of renting I`ve seen most of it and some I didn`t want to.....
