Blew me away to see Kodak go down! How old was that company? Didn't they make the "Brownie" camera?

OK Gerry? You know what happened?
I didn't read the story carefully but I'm thinking that their stock went to Zero.
Too slow to react to the digital age I guess...

Kodak has been around since 1889 which is even before Ford.

Their plan is to restructure, maybe into two smaller companies and keep going like some of others have done. We`ll see if this works for Kodak.

I heard that at one time, maybe as late as the 90`s, Kodak controlled 90% of the photography industry.
It makes you wonder just how they fell so far behind, likely due to not switching over to digital cameras soon enough as they wanted to sell film more than branching into digital photography.

There were like 3 generations there so you'd think the youngest ones would have kept it up.....

True but also now you have to work smarter rather than just harder.

I agree, people these days do not want to work hard.
Im very thankful I learned from my grandfather how to work hard. I proudly outwork just about everyone I run into.
Im all in for working smarter as well though.
Work hard, and smart, and your unstoppable.
Too bad todays youth doesnt seem to want to learn that. Generation expectation is what they seem to be!
