Happy Saturday mornin'all. Gery: I see your ready for everything! Even if the refugee thing goes bad. Another busy hockey weekend. Kalan got new jersey's, so I had to remove the old name bars and re-sew them on the new ones. They also got a new sponsor, and I had to sew the sponsor bar's on. Officially my sewing machine has paid for itself. Now that I'm getting the hang of it. It's time to look for a good used commercial unit for interior work. Have a great day guy's.
Gerry. Not coaching hockey. I'm too ****. If I coached hockey like I coach baseball, I'd be banned. Most parent's think their youngin' will make the big's, and don't appreciate the discipline I apply. In Baseball, they appreciate the discipline. In regards to upholstery, I plan on doing my own, and learning on the way. I found using a sewing machine very easy. That's half the battle. Same with painting. I'm not afraid to do it myself, but I have a painter wanting to do it. I only wish I had this determination and ambition when I was younger.
Yes yes & yes Grant, I also do a little sewing when I have to BUT I dont have my own machine,
parents protect their kids too much these days (from a coach), if the kids are woosses then the parents are too
life has its bumps
Gerry: Amen brother! We won a squeeker today 2-1. After the game I told the coach to ride Kalan a$$, and keep him moving. he is such a smooth skater. I call him Big Buff. He hates that, but he needs to be pushed. We play out of town tomorrow, and I'll try to get some pic's of him in action.
I was in Dryden last Monday and the price dropped 3 cents, down to 1
$112.9 / liter. I like your price much better Morris.
Congrats Gerry, the wife and I had our 30th this past September.
That`s a big difference in our favor.
Congratulaions on your 30th John.

That was way too early to have that start on you Grant but I`m sure glad you are still with us.
[QUOTE=GIGGER;15808792]Good mornin' truckers, I hope your snow is melting, my plow is ready
If that`s all you need then your snow fall amounts aren`t real serious Gerry.
Hopefully we don`t get a big dump this early Colin.
Morning boys. Another little skiff of snow fell last night. Perhaps an inch or so. Not serious, but I guess its not going anywhere now.
The place we are working is an ambulance dispatch center. Yesterday 2 guys came back with a unit, through small talk we learned that a man had just "passed long before his time" and it wasn't an accident. They didn't give any more details, which I'm sure they are not at liberty to share everything that goes on. However, whatever the circumstance, to pass before your allotted 3-score and 10 is unfortunate. John, nice to have you still with us...a heart attack at 46 is an eye opener...not only for you but for everyone around you. Life is precious.
