It has been fairly cool here but today was much warmer and the weekend will be real warm then cooling off with a good chance of rain Sunday.
It has felt like fall weather here for the last 2-3 weeks John, summer has now come to an abrupt end.
I sold a 57 F250 parts truck the other day that my neighbour is going to use for restoring his dad`s 57 F350 that he finally tracked down after about 35 yrs of sitting in a famer`s bush. I tried posting pictures as it left my yard but my computer wouldn`t cooperate.
It`s been a very weird summer Gerry, either too hot and dry or too cool and wet.
Even tho there wasn`t a lot left of that 57 I still hated to see it go for crushing so I was happy selling it to someone needing it for parts.
Is that 57 in your picture from AZ, CA or somewhere in the southern USA? Looks very nice.
Morris. That truck looks to be in very good shape, body wise. Sometimes ya gotta just let go. John; Found my glove box door. I just need the ****. Everything else is there. The weather here for the last couple of day's have been full blown fall, but the weekend is supposed to be back to summer weather. The big Fabulous Fifty's Car Show is on Sunday. If it isn't too stupid busy, I'll get some pic's. Jordan had to go to the hospital tonight. 1st football game of the year, and got a helmet to the forearm. The trainer said it may be fractured, but it ended up being soft tissue damage. At least before that happened, he caught a pass and ran for a 60 yard TD. Have a good night all.
