Torque Specs

I m looking for torque specs for the cylinder heads on a 1971 F100 with a 360 V8

Usually around 140 lb/ft.

The 140 does sounds like a bit much. I kinda hesitated to post that, but went ahead. I'd probably stick with 90-100.
