I spent about 15 months bulking up during my last deployment, so when I got here in April I was tipping the scales at about 220. Now I am on my weight loss program, and by upping my cardio and watching the diet Im down to about 195. My goal for this year is to chisle down to 175 which I havent seen in about 8 years.
The pyramid is how I train for our physical fitness test. It does wonders. It gives you a great workout in about 30-40 minutes. 200 push-ups and sit-upsisnt a laughing matter lol.
