Air Bag flashes 1 - 9 - solid

Hi,
I have been looking through posts on flashing airbag lights as my airbag light is flashing 1 then 9 a couple of times, then solid on.

I'm a bit of a novice and can't see where you find the codes or what I need to do. My nearest dealer is about 4000 miles away so I'm a bit stuck.

Any help welcome.
