flashing airbag light.
Would any of you kind gents know what I should do to "outen" the flashing airbag light on my 93 E150/351 5.8L club wagon??? I've got about 132,000 + miles on her, and was recently (bout 2 weeks ago) hit, more like smacked on the left rear qtr.panel? the area after the rear tire, but again, I wasn't hit directly, could the light be because of this? Can I just pull a fuse (so much for saftey restraint?)
Thanks for any info.
John

flashing airbag light.
Thank you for the info!! The light is still flashing, I did not think to see if there is a pattern that would be a code. A few years back I bought one of those hand held scanners that you could connect to your engines computer and it would flash in a pattern that you could look up in a code book. This sounds like a similar diagnostic? I'll check this out tomorrow!! Thanks again!!

John,
According to my set of service manuals for a 1994 E-series, code 45 is " Radiator support center air bag sensor not mounted to vehicle properly". Maybe you have a ground fault for that sensor?
