Carb help
I've got an 84 F250 2wd, auto with the 351W in it. I'm having huge problems with my carb (4180C), and I'm thinking about getting a new one. A new one will cost me about $450. Cndn. Any one know of any other options.

I got mine rebuilt....kit was $40, labor $25.....worked great, my issue was water in the tank

Get a good quality kit from Holley or Walker and a new power valve for your exact carburetor number and follow the instructions exactly. That should cure your problems for a lot less than the price of a new carburetor.
