Hi all, I need some advice! My neighbor (18 year old kid, no driver's license, no insurance, no citizenship) decided to get wasted last night and run into all the cars parked on my side of the apartment complex. He messed my truck up pretty good (79 F100 2WD). It looks like he ran into the drivers side of the front bumper, which bent the whole front clip sideways. I can't open the passenger side door, the hood won't shut, the front end is all out of alignment, large gap between the drivers side fender and door. If you stand in front of the truck, the bed and cab are straight but the front clip comes out at maybe 15 degrees. Looks like the frame is bent pretty good up front. For you auto body guys, I'd like to know how much trouble it's going to be to have a shop fix this. I'm sure it needs to go on a frame machine. Any ideas how much this is going to run, or if it is even fixable? See pictures below.
My other question is, the truck still drives straight, but there is now a lot of resistance in the steering at low speeds. It fights back at you when you try to turn the wheels. What could this be?
