65 passenger vent question

I want to add a passenger side vent with the pull **** like the one that is on the drivers side in my truck. I went to the junkyard and got a passenger vent out of the only slick there. I was told it was a 63. It looks like the one on the drivers side, but completely different than what is on the passenger side currently. I have the dimple for the cut out to mount the ****. What did the remote operated passenger side vents look like in 65? Thanks

Here is a photo of what I have right now.

Here is what I picked up in the junk yard.

Looking in the parts catalog the only 65 with cable operated vents were F-100 and F-250 4X4 models which used the older cab and all f-350 models. 65 F-100 and F-250 two wheel drive had what is shown in your picture, where you have to reach down and open your self.

Do you have a 4x4 model? If not some one put that cable operated vent on your drivers side.

The part numbers for the cable are both the same for left and right hand sides, C1TZ-8101890-B.

I can not locate the vents at this time in the parts catalog.

the 65-6 truck 2wd vents were the triangular flip up type...no cables on either side. ALL 61-4 and 65-6 4WD trucks used the pull **** type you are referring to. The dimple above the ignition sw. was used ONLY for the vent pull on the 61-4 and 65-6 4WD and 65-6 2WD for those trucks that had the optional electric window asher button.
The 61-4 vents were oval..same as 65-6 4WD
The 65-6 2WD vents were triangular

Thanks. I have an oval vent on the driver side and a triangle vent on the passenger side. The truck is a 4x4 now but I doubt it was from the factory. The 4x4 must have used a different heater box to clear the oval vent on the passenger side.

There is a black bellow type thing on the floor near the high beam switch, I assume it is the window washer pump. There is nothing left of the system except the bellow. So I don't think i had an electric window washer pump.

Post the the VIN number and it is real easy to tell if it was a two or four wheel drive from the factory.
