Well guys, I finally got around to getting my ac checked out. My gf's father had a set of gauges and suction pump. My system checked out ok except for a bad hose between the pump and the condensor. It's mostly metal except for about 10" of rubber hose.

So how do I go about replacing this? Any ideas?

Go To Advance Auto They Have A Leak Repair In A Can That Fixes Rubber And Steel Leaks. 20.00 A Can But Foixed Mine Ok.

I doubt that would work. The problem is that hose is junk. It's bubbled out and has two decent pinholes in it.

you will need to buy a new line assembly or remove yours and take it to an A/C shop that can repair hose/line assemblies.

What do you think would be the best option? I'd probably have to drive to the city to find an a/c shop for engines and such.

Well New would be best and maybe less hassle but repair would probably be cheaper but not really sure about that.
