460 freeze plugs. ?

hey guys i need some help with something. i went to put water in my new motor this weekend and water started coming out of two hole at the back of the block. they look like freeze plug hole but not sure there bout the size of my pinkey plaese help

they are more than likely 1/4 inch pipe plugs they are there to drain the block.should be able to get them at any parts store

but they are not threaded like a pipe plug

This is the only thing listed in the parts catalog matching that diameter for a 460 engine block (not the head).

2) F1ZZ6026B .. Plug ~ Drain Holes in Block ~ 1/4" pipe. (F1ZZ6026B replaced 87837-S)

Available at your local Ford dealer.
