My 96 f150 5.0 is puking water from passenger side rear of the block. Can't see it but because truck runs so well I figure it's a core plug. Anybody ever cut a hole in the floor to get to them? I know it's not the right way to do them but I'm on disability and short on cash . Any guidance would be helpful.
I've got same issue on my 5.0 - coolant leak behind passenger motor mount. Radiator shop says freeze plug or intake but can't get back there to see which. Said they aren't equipped to do it and I ahve to go to mechanic.
Any idea what I'm up against for labor hours to check/fix either?
