Looks really good! Good idea with the top mount to keep the cooler high and tight! Is that a 6.0 cooler?
What do you mean with the top mount? are there any troubles with the latch hood?

I have the 6.0l IC and the pipes from a 2004, can I use it to fab the passengers side pipe? and for the other side what did you use? one from a 7.3 IC? where did you get the spyder?
I always has wondering if with the pipes of the IC do you have problems to get the oil dispstick, to fill the motor oil and what about the tranny dipstick? I liked your set up.

Not sure on what TJ means on the top mount but all I used was pice of angle iron and bolted it to the body and IC. I cut out the suport bracket from the hood latch to the bottom o fthe front pannel. I didnt see a need for it. I bolted the hood latch right back where it goes and bent the handle out some to get it to clear. I didnt have to cut any of that.
The drivers side is the 7.3l drivers side pipe with about 4 inches added on to the spyder side of it. I think it is flipped end over end too. I can't remeber. I have no problems getting to any dipsticks or oil fill. I got the spyder on Ebay but I belive powerstrokeshop.com is selling them again for a decent price. I cant ever find it on there, I always have problems navigating that site. If i get a chance tonight ill take a pic of the pipes and do what TJ did with his and circle the pices and tell what they are.
Yes I did cut them short but I didnt notice that it made it sit higher. I think it was broke or it was just not needed they way that I planned on mounting it. But it is sitting as high as possible wiht out doing something to the hood latch assy. It is way out of harms way on the bottom that way.
