No start problem could be safety neutral switch, ignition switch, starter, starter solenoid. You need to do some testing.

I wouldn't say that - I've heard of them needing to be programmed, for things like the keyless entry, and a few other things like options that are different from truck to truck.
Auto lock, etc.
But if it worked for awhile, and now a no start, that is probably something else.
If it's an auto, try it in neutral, play around with the gear selector.
If it's a manual, make sure it's in neutral and the clutch is down. It can be a lot of things...
Either way, put the key in, turn it to ON, disconnect the small wire from the starter solenoid/relay on the fender well, and then using a piece of wire (or a screwdriver) cross that small terminal to the big one going to the battery. If it cranks over, you have an interlock problem of some sort.
