Check your spark plug torque.

I checked mine about 2 weeks ago and they where all nice and tight 10K after I changed them. I didn't use anything on them but I made sure that the holes were clean before I installed the new plugs. The ones I removed were also tight after 66K and looked good enough to go to 100K.

I just checked mine last night, and after two years and 20k miles ALL were tight!!. I used anti seize when installing them.
