Hey Chris, just happen to have the book handy.
For 1993 7.3 IDI: 3 steps involved for head bolts-1st, 65 ftlbs, 2nd-90 ftlbs,
3rd-110 ftlbs.
Intake manifold bolts-24ftlbs.
Fuel injector to cylinder head-35 ftlbs.
Glow Plugs-12 ftlbs.

P.S. These figures are for a non turbo.
