The torque @ 2000 RPM is 393 ft-lbs and peak torque is 449 ft-lbs@4000 RPM. The peak HP is 395@5000 RPM.

A good dual plane manifold would help at low RPM.

Yeah im plannning on using the weiand, I guess both dynosyms are a bit different, also those results you are giving me i get them exactly in my dyno with 1 point less is cmopression ratio (9:1) , anyways this are the result i get with dyno 2003 ( I guess this Sym is a bit on the bright side now that i see yours):
torque:
414@2000
465@4000
hp:
416@5000

And of corse the difference could also be in the fact that you can use both timmings in the camshaft part, anyways thanx alot man...

I have the K5200 I put it in about 5 years ago truck runs good but I want headers to waken it up. I had gotten the edlebrock cam that is comparabel but returned it when I found the summit cam. It is the same cam but a little better price.
Oh hey Dan lee You ran numbers for me before could you run them again using the K 5200. My engine is 400 bored .030 over edlebrock 1406, edlebrok performer dual plane intake, stock heads, pistons unknown probably 9:1. I run manifolds now but hope to get some Sandersons for it running a single 3" exhaust.

With that setup, I get 378 ft-lbs torque@2000 RPM, and 390 ft-lbs@3500 RPM. The peak HP is 278@4000 RPM. It definitly needs headers to get the high RPM power.

What makes you think that it's 9:1 CR? Most replacement pistons are dished and produce lower CR.

Well the previous owner who told me about the motor said they had a motor shop build the motor and they did some mild performance mods to it. The cam I pulled out when I put in the summit was a high energy 268H cam it was stamped on it. He told me he blew the original 400 in the truck then they took a 351m and put a 400 crank and pistons and bored it out. So I am just assuming, I know the shop that built it was primarily a high performance shop. They did a good job since it still is goig strong 20 plus years later after some serious abuse from my friend who was the 2nd owner I am the third. The numbers you have I assume are with headers?

No that's with stock exhaust manifolds. With headers it goes to:

433 ft-lbs torque @2000 RPM and 436 ft-lbs @3500 RPM. The peak HP is 315@4500 RPM.
