Do you guys think that all three waste gated turbos (banks/hyper./ats) are all the same power wise?? I mean, we all have our favorates, me I have an ATS but dont you think that they are all allmost the same???

I thought hypermax's system wasn't wastegated?
Anyway- On these engines, as limited as you are with the boost you can run, I think they are all pretty similar. Probably comes down to small differences not really related to the turbo itself (like intake, etc).

Even on a stock engine, you can increase the boost above the normal 7 PSI max safely.
If you do internal mods, you can go even higher.
For stock applications I would say all three are about even.
As far as I know all Hypermax units are non wastegated.
So that eliminates the possibility of adjusting the boost level.

From what I have heard the hypermax tends to make boost higher up in the RPM range. Thats what my ATS 088 does.
Banks and the newer ATS would probably do better off the line and at lower RPMs at the EGTs running a little higher.
