LOL.... Oh great, you would tell me this now Ed. LOL.... In fact, I need a new rear bumper on my truck too. Last year, I was looking for the gas tank and won it at the show, this year I need the bumper and you tell me there will be some in the raffle. Ed, what is this about you missing the Western Nationals?
On my F-3, I've actually upgraded to the heavier style F-4 to F-6 bumper and added a slightly modified original grill guard (was made for 48-50 trucks had to widen to fit my 52). I think it adds to the big truck look and adds a lot more substantial protect to the front end. There is a pic below... ignore the C-clamps.. those were only temporary
For the rear I'm actually building my own out of some left over C-channel I had from a trailer project. I think the 10 x 3 x 1/4 channel will make a solid base for the pintle hook / 2" reciever combo I wanna integrate into the rear end.
