Employee pricing or X-plan?

I know they're the same but Ford is now offering Employee Pricing.

If I go X-plan wouldn't I also get the $2000 rebate +$1K FMCO finance rebate being offered in my area?

Actually, the employee pricing is going to be over 4% less than X. And it looks like you get all applicable rebates. If I am reading this right, it's Summer 2005 all over again.

Either way and you will still get the incentives/rebates, but the employee pricing will get you the better deal and no PIN is needed...

X-Plan Formula - Friend and Neighbors...

Dealer Invoice (minus) 0.4% of Invoice (plus) $75 Administration Fee.

A/Z-Plan Formula - Employee Pricing...

Dealer Invoice (minus) Holdback (minus) Advertising Assessment (plus) $75 Administration Fee (plus) A/Z Plan Surcharge.

When I read all the fine print for X-plan, it stated that adminstrative fee was to be $0.00! This was a couple of years ago though. My local dealer tried to hose me on that one, but I would't let them. Anyone read the fine print lately?

The admin fee and rules on the fee varies from state to state, but in general they are allowed to charge "up to" $75. In states where the allowable fee is more than the stated $75, you are only required to pick up the $75 and Ford picks up the rest of the fee cost...

ok,
if the a-plan is 4% less than x-plan, why does the x-plan price come out to be $600 less?

basically,
new for 6.4
a-plan $40500
x-plan $39900

something is amiss here?????

vin #1FTWW31R88ED46996
zip code 53080

can anyone help me out here?

I think you're misinformed my friend.

A/Z Plan Price is 44079.99

X Plan Price is $45909.67

Rebates are the same...$3000 + $500 FMCC Bonus Cash

A/Z Plan is almost $1900 less.

apparently, i misread the rebates portion on the website

i didn't see the "chassis" listed in the title and thought it applied to the x-plan price for all F350 trucks. ($5000 plus $1000 FMC)

situation resolved...........
