multiple problems

1995 f super duty,truck hit a chucklhole and quit.loaded and brought to shop .found fuse #22 blown in power distrubution box.replaced and when key turned on blew #18.unplugged fuel heater replaced fuse and turned key on and no\fuses blew.noticed spark under fuel filter housing,removed housing and repaired bare wire.no fuses blowing still no start. replaced cam pos. sensor .still no start.borrowed snapon mt scanner said unable to communicate.guessed bad pcm . replaced pcm sill no start.ghecked fuel pressure 45 p.s.i. while cranking.installed oil pressure gauge in cyllinder haed and gt 0 p.s.i. cranking.pulled plug out of top of housing above h.p.o.p drive gear and stuck screw drivewr in and had no oil.what next?any replie appreciated.

Loose chip (a WAG)...

Try switching the relays in the power distribution box around...

Make sure the wiring to the IPR is not shorting ..

Are you getting a WTS ?...

Also .. try unplugging the ICP connector & try starting it ....

Also ,,,check the Nut on the IPR ...

Have you checked the oil level on the dipstick?

need more info on h.p.o.p. resovoir being empty with no injection oil pressure.

i concur!

if your hpop res is low/empty you might better check the engine oil level! if your engine oil level is fine then fill and top off your hpop res. drive a few minutes and check again.

filled hpop resovoir.cranked over much longer than normal and started.now will start but has to be cranked for long time every time warm or cold.borrowed snap on mt scanner and ran.inj.con.press.580p.s.i.inj.press.reg.13%.icp.9 5v. need to find correct values.only hard code was p0196 eng. oil temp sens.

580 PSI & 13% is fine ...

I think all the cranking at no start drained the res ...

The post started with you hitting a chuck hole & it quit ..fuses blown, no comm with PCM ,ect ...

If the res empties again there may be other issues to deal with ..LPOP or o rings ...
