So we did the dead head test and it started with the passagerside blocked off and by the end of the night we had it down to thinking it was #5 injector, so we pulled her out and yup blown two of the o-rings.
Now anyone now part number for o-ring kit?
I don't know the numbers, and I don't know where you are located but, I know that Napa sells a package of two (2) sets of seal for.......I don't really remember it's around $15.00.
TJ was going to check and see who the manufacture of the seals are but I don't know if he did this or not. I was just in Napa today and never gave it a thought. I don't know what the Stealership sells them for, you can call and ask.

Oh yeah I did forget about that! OOPS! Also glad to hear you found the problem! Unfortunately I don't have all my info on this computer. I will check back in 2 hours when I get to work. If you don't have parts numbers by then I will post up.
when i need o-rings i usually go to the caterpillar parts dealer and ask for someone that works in the parts warehouse. show them what you have and they can usually match it up. then after they find you a black one tell them that you want one the same size but a yellow one. you may have to go to the parts counter guy and ask him to cross the black oring number over to a yellow one. if they are not complete morons(which odds are against you) it should be easy for them to figure it out. the yellow ones are much better than black ones. thats just what i would do.
