Yea, they are all thumb safety. The tang safety is on the receiver itself, where you thumb crosses over, and the new safety is a wing type on the bolt stub. The latter is safer as it blocks the striker. Also less prone to damage as there are no linkage parts needed. But then, safeties aren't anyway.

It's the older style, then. My SxS shotguns have the same type. Though I don't know if you could quite call them fine, they're old.

There was a racall on the new style dont now if we are talking about the same thing had scope eye to prove it
