I have a 2005 Coachman RV with Ford Triton V10 gas engine, only 9475 miles. No problems until the last trip. It won't start when hot. Check engine and battery lights come on. After 1 hour cooldown, it starts OK.
I've cleaned all battery connections and starter cable connection, and tested batteries for proper voltage.
Had a similar problem with my dads IROC swapped the wires on the harness for thicker ones as will a bigger ground, though I believe it was due to heat soak, they have some kits availible to wrap the starter and headers, I'am not sure where your starter is located on your rig or whats next to heat heat generating wise, though this might be something to consider
