So did it have a flair on both ends to go over the factory pipe or did you have to find some sort of coupler or... how'd that work? Did ya cut the muffler off of the tail pipe with a sawzall?
Yeah, he flared the ends so it would slip right on. He did it right. I had a local mechanic weld it on for me. He is the one that removed the old muffler and he did it with a sawzall and a ziz wheel (air cutoff tool) but you could just as easily have done it all with a sawzall. That muffler is a whopper, it weighs at least 50lbs maybe more, so be careful.
