Hey all, I just went through here and listend to alot of the clips, including my own that was posted last winter as I am trying to figure out a new setup for my truck...
Old system was the log manifold, with 2" pipe to a Flowtech glasspack then into a 4"+ tailpipe from an '08 Ram. I swapped the engine to an '88 300 along with the factory Y pipe and cats. The inlet of the second cat is right around 3" so I was thinking about cutting it off and running a 3" pipe straight into the 4" sewer pipe in place of the glasspack. Anyone ever do a straight pipe from the 1st cat?
I will also state again(its in the post with the vids) that this truck was ordered new in '86 for a propane conversion so it is non egr and non catalyst from factory so deleting them is perfectly legal in my case.
