I am in the same boat you where in same situation. If you don't mind me askin what year f150 has these screw mounts. I need 2 of these

I have no idea what year it was, it was just the front of an F150 at a junk yard, sorry.

But with my picture, maybe you can find one just by look. I'd imagine that a few Ford front ends use them.

Do you know how the screw comes out of the black piece? I have the black pieces and white part from my old lights but no screw? Thought you might had some info on this. Thanks,

I don't recall the screw coming out, but it has been almost 4 years ago now...

But, I do remember that auto parts stores have various screws available as headlamp adjusters, so maybe you can take your parts and get lucky.
