If the engine is turning over good and does not start it has to be a fuel problem. There are many things that can prevent the fuel system from working such as the fuel pump or the fuel filter that is on the frame rail where the pump is. Then there is the IPR which is the injector pressure regulator and the ICP which is the injector control pressure sensor. These two items actually control the oil pressure going to the injectors to make them turn on and off. If either one of these is bad the truck will not start. I would also get a can bus reader and see if there are any diagnostic trouble codes that could point you to a possible cause of the truck not starting. There could be wiring that is chafed and also it could be the ficm relay or a blown fuse. Under the hood of the truck on the drivers side there is a black box with diagrams on top of it. Inside there is where the ficm relay is. FICM stands for fuel injection control module.
If you read some of the other forums they mention quit a lot the HPOP high pressure oil pump, and also a fitting. You might want to do a search for HPOP for more help.
