2000 ranger transmission problem
2000 Ford Ranger 4 cylinder automatic had a transmission leak which was fixed. A few months later after driving for one hour smoke was coming out from under the truck. Tranny fluid was hitting catalytic converter and making it fire and smoke. Towed the truck back to the transmission place and they tell me they can't find anything wrong, other than the dip stick was out about 1 inch. Any suggestions on what to check is appreciated.
