When a 54 F100 came with the BW overdrive option was there an emblem anywhere on the outside or inside? I see them on ebay but I havn't seen any on vehicles.
PS: I still don't think you guys truly appreciate the beauty of the 54 grill.
Thanks
Bob
Fits: 1953/56 F100 ~ on the center of the hood, below the emblem.
Fits: 1953/55 Ford passenger cars ~ on the right side of the decklid, on the right side of the tailgate on station wagons and Couriers (panel deliveries).
CAVEAT EMPTOR: 1952 Ford passenger cars also had the Overdrive (and Fordomatic) scripts. These are 1952 ONLY, are italicized, the letters are fatter than the 1953 and later scripts.
