My cousin got an engine from an old drill rig truck, and it looks like the engine is a FT 391. He is looking into replace the distributor, where can he find a distributor, it has the larger oil-pump drive shaft.

Look at the base of the dizzy, just below where the cap rests, there's a Ford ID number stamped there = post what you find.
There were several different dizzy's used from 1964 thru 1978.
To figure out which one is correct, I need that ID number.
Oil pump shafts:
The 330 M/D FT engine uses the same one as the FE engines use (B8AZ-6A618-A)
The 330 H/D; 361 & 391 use a different (larger) one (C4TZ-6A618-A).
I will look into that number NumberDummy, one thing I know for sure is that the oil pump shaft from his truck is not the same as the FE, the shaft from his engine is bigger like a 5/16
