Had To Replace Drivers Door Hinges Today
Both upper and lower hinges were wore causing the door to sag and hit the striker. So I replaced them and good as new. I wonder if I'm one of the first to change em..its a 3/3/98 built date.

OEM parts and the only issue was I had to strip the wiring out of the door because there wasn't a connector. Other than that I just put the hinges back in the position they were in and now all is well.

Had to do it on my 99 about 6 months ago. I bought it this way. Mine was bad enough that it made contact with the fender. I did not remove the door. I did 1 hinge at a time and was able to get the door far enough away that I could get the hinge out and in.
