before spending all that money on a new switch, you might want to try and take the old switch apart and clean the metal contacts. Mine was getting worse and worse so I just took the whole thing off and cleaned the metal contacts with some electrical cleaner and q-tips and now it works like brand new. cost me virtually nothing and didn't take long to do.
