Power window conversion
Has anyone installed a power window conversion kit from LMC truck lately. I purchase one to install on my 1979 crewcab, the instructions are less than helpful. I would also like to know where you mounted the switch since it can not go where the window crank is. Thanks for your help in advance.

Sorry. 'haven't installed the LMC or any other power window system.
.. just some input on the switches... some will cut the door panel and sometimes the door shell to mount the switches. A double switch on the driver's side and a single on the passenger.
Some opt for the stealthy look by using them window cranks that have a built in switch. All that is required is a push down or lift up to engage the action.
