mounting flywheel

I am in the middle of my engine swap and have run into a snag. I can't figure out how to mount the flywheel so that the weight is in the correct position. This is a new flywheel and a new motor. Is there a way to figure out how the weight should be mounted? Does the weight sit opposite from the weight of the dampner in the front of the engine?

The bolt holes will only line up in one spot.
