I paid 1.49/L regular in Churchill Manitoba. After that, I rarely complain about gas prices.
Cl8ton, don't worry, some things get better with age, you know, like cheddar cheese.... I should start in on that brick of old cheddar in the fridge....

$1.49/L, That would have hurt.
I remember Dad complaining about gas hitting $.49/Gallon at the B.P. Station in Englehart.
There. I'm showing my age again. Have to stop that.
UPDATE!!!
$117.9 this morning in Peterborough.
Anyone remember when it took 90 days for gas to rise after a spike in the oil prices? Now it seems it follows the spike daily.
in mississauga today $1.17.9
$4.73 per gl and its still suposed to go up by summer maybe $8.00 gl. that will really suck its $ 3.53 gl. in Buffalo today may have to run over to fill up
at 120 LT. tank at $ 1.50 = $180 fill up
Tourism is going to suffer this year... especially in Northern Ontario with prices like that. I am going to Englehart on the May 24 weekend( should be a BIG jump by then) but I'm NOT taking the truck. Will see how my Wife's Sentra does on that trip
I hope that everybody is all greased up for the next 6 weeks of climbing gas prices. You know where it's going to hurt the most.
Anybody know someone with a fleet contract that renews every month? I'm not going to repeat what I heard tonight because it was second hand (not rumour mill or coffeee shop chatter, from a long time friend that doesn't need to tell stories to make new friends) so let's see if someone here can confirm diesel by the end of May @ +1.40.
AL.
I wouldn't doubt that diesel will hit $1.40 soon. Some of the trucking companies we deal with are charging upwards of 19% for a "fuel surcharge" on goods we are trucking in from the US and out to B.C. and that surcharge is expected to climb.
Time to dig up the lawn and plant a Veggie Garden everyone... with diesel that high the price of food is going to be steep this winter
as of 12:01am today gas hit $1.20... gas attendants was kind enough to buzz my mom though the pump and tell her if she needed gas to get it before then while it was $1.17.... i can only imagine what gas is gonna cost here may 24.... sadly.... i will be spending my weekend looking at 4 bangers eco boxes and possibly trade my F150 in... THIS F@#($%G SUX!!!
