the real scoop behind that was the guy was having issues with his neighbors complaining about his camper being parked and was not a functional 5th wheel even if it was tagged and inspected and just sat in front of his house, so to appease them he made that booty-fab setup and moves it a few feet back and forth every couple days..

I belong to a Crown Vic message forum that's been around since early '01. Why is that such a shock?
They might not tow much, but properly equipped, they're rated for 5000 lbs...same as a Lightning.
