Did some welding one week and came up with this monster of a headache rack and bed rail combo.

I cut apart my old ranchhand headache rack and replaced a few rusted out parts and replaced the flat irons with 1.5" square tubing. And I built the bed rails from the old ranch hand bed caps.

I've been waiting for SCT make new firmware for the LiveWire unit I bought. Turns out the LiveWire does not support the 6-speed manual. Talk with them today and they said they got a truck in and have the program. They just need to finish up with some testing and it could be ready as soon as next week. I can't wait for that to get in.

Awesome fab job. I have been looking for a new project for my new MIG. My off season is coming up so I am trying to line up some projects. Wait until I get hold of my old toyota 4wd. It is paid for so it is time to "Monsterize it"
What did you paint it with? Is that a bedliner spray finish?
