Hey Guys, I have had my procomp leveling kit for a year now and is horrible. When I first put it in it looked great and road nice. As time went on the springs are now sagging (rear is high er again) and look like a "W" and whenever front suspenion is twisted or turning in parking lots I get a loud pop under my feet. I removed the swaybar and loosed and retorqued all bolts to spec in the front end I have come to terms the noise is coming from the spring bushings!!. I still have my old springs and harware. I am wondering if there is another leveling kit that I can go with that is not so cheaply designed. What have you guys had the best luck with and not too crazy price. Thanks
I have a procomp leveling kit and it uses stock springs. It lifts the front 2" and the rear 1" it also replaces all 4 shocks with the MX6 shocks. Kit was pretty nice. The ride is super stiff which is sometimes annoying on the road but when I have been offroad the shocks really shine.
The Kit came with a 2 new front springs, new ubolts, adjustment cams for the track bar and that pretty much it. When I bought this kit I bought it over the tuff country 5 pack add a leaf kit because procomp was a better name thinking better quality ride. The ride is still good but it sounds like my truck is falling apart in the front end and the back is now about an inch and half higher than the front. The front was higher when I installed it and expected them to settle to around level but not this much now its only about an inch higher than stock. I need to figure somehting out I want to install 315's this fall.
Yea I have heard about the DR mini springs on this site a lot. But it says it will onl clear 295's. Has anyone had any luck clearing 315's with this kit? I emailed procomp about this concern and they said I can warrenty them so I might as well put another kit in when I take out the procomp kit and sell that off. Seeing as others are experiancing the same thhing with it. Does the anyone have pics of the dr kit with 315's and does it kill your stock leafs?
I have Procomp's 4" lift and it's doing quite well. I'd suspect that either you had some bad springs or are rough on the truck, either way, I'd check to see if you have any warranty left.
I've always like Fabtech's box kit. It's reasonably priced and does the job quite well.

My kit is the Tuff Country spring pack. I have had no issues with any noises once I installed it. Ride is pretty much stock. I had a track bar relocator bracket with it though. That may be your issue. You lengthened the track bar but you had no way of retaining the original geometry of the angle.
