Lightbulb black smoke

hi, I have a 1996 f350 with a 7.3. I am wonting to know if there is any way to get more black smoke out of it, will black smoke a little bit under a big load but that it.
it has a k&n air intake, superchips tuner, 3'' downpipe and a 5'' exhaust. Even with all of this it barely will black smoke

If you have any advice i would appreciate it
thanks

Ditch K&N, get a part #6637 from napa.
Get some 160cc or bigger injectors
HOT custom burned chip

Should get you some smoke

X2 on the kandn.
Black smoke comes from a little air and a lot of fuel. intake and exhaust make turbo spool faster, putting more air in.
you could always try the plastic bag trick!

You can do the c00n 10 or 15.5 k mod. Or get a chip from TW and have him burn it for stage II's.
