I have a Rancho steering stabilizer. I installed when I had 32x11.50x15 tires. I have since gone back back to near stock, but decided to leave the stabilizer on there, since it was already there. I had to drill 2 holes in the bottom front of the crossmember under the motor. Be carefull and watch out for power steering lines. My truck has the low pressure return line routed in that area. Its something do to with super cooling. My previous truck did not have the power steering lines there. Then the Ubolts that come with the kit go on the passenger side tie rod. The only real hassel is drilling the holes and getting the shock not to twist when tightening up the nuts on the end. Also, position it so that the shock is half way in/out and make sure your truck's wheels are straight. Otherwise you won't be able to turn all the way in both directions with out it the shock bottoming out of over extending.
